I have a client requesting cargo loaders for the C-130 in the U.S. We are currently in the process of changing contractors. I am a defense consultent for the USAF here in Southern California. I was told that your company can provide these loaders. Can you roughly provide me with a COTS estimate for these loaders. I am looking for January 2004 timeframe procurement.
